Treat your taste buds to this bold red, bursting with plum and black fruit flavours. A mellow and satisfying Languedoc red, this wine will delight dinner guests if you team it up with red meats, stews and sausages or simply cheese and fruits.

 

This wine originates from the famous A.O.C. Saint Chinian region, nestling in the southern foothills of the Massif Central, a short  step from the Mediterranean whose gentle breezes help to ripen the grapes to add depth to the rich flavours.

The wine is deep red in colour, a harmonious blend or Syrah, Grenache and the old vine Carignan. its bouquet is strong , concentrated and rich , evocative of ripe red fruits and wild berries. It is well balanced wine with round silky tannins. Best served at room temperature.
