One thing I hate in the morning is a complicated breakfast. Here is a breakfast that needs only 4 ingredients, not a lot of time to cook and tremendous amount of pleasure to eat….with your morning coffee.
Let me introduce you to Good Cooking Egg Cups.

Cook bacon either in the oven or on a pan until crisp. The bacon will continue cooking in the oven later on :
Lightly butter your muffin cups:
Use a cookie cutter or simply a cup to cut the bread:
Using a cup makes it quite easy to use a knife to cur around it:
Cut each circle of brad in half:
Arrange the bread into the muffin cups:
Brush with some melted butter:
Sprinkle some grated cheese:
And add the crispy bacon:
Crack an egg into each muffin cup:
Season each muffin cup before baking in the oven at 370F/290C for about 10 min or until the whites are set.

- 2-3 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
- 8 slices sandwich bread
- 6 slices bacon
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 large eggs
- salt and pepper

Cut each round into half and arrange into the muffin cups

Brush with some melted butter the top of the bread.

Sprinkle some grated cheese -English Cheddar probably the best .

Lay one bacon slice into each cup and crack an egg on top.

Season each muffin cup before baking in the oven at 370F/290C for about 10 min or until the whites are set
