Egg Cups

Great Breakfast- 4 Ingredients

Cook Time 10 minutes


  • 2-3 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
  • 8 slices sandwich bread
  • 6 slices bacon
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 large eggs
  • salt and pepper


  1. Cook bacon either in the oven or on a pan until crisp.
  2. Lightly butter your muffin cups
  3. Use a cookie cutter or simply a cup to cut the bread into 1/4-inch, rounds.
  4. Cut each round into half and arrange into the muffin cups
  5. Brush with some melted butter the top of the bread.
  6. Sprinkle some grated cheese -English Cheddar probably the best .
  7. Lay one bacon slice into each cup and crack an egg on top.
  8. Season each muffin cup before baking in the oven at 370F/290C for about 10 min or until the whites are set
  9. Enjoy.
