Ingredients:
1 slice of bread

Using a 3-inch biscuit/cookie cutter, cut out a circle from the center of the bread. Melt the butter in a frying pan over medium-low heat, and place both pieces of bread in the butter and flip when golden. Break the egg into the hole of the bread and season with salt. Cover and cook until the white is just set and the yolk is still soft; season with pepper if desired. Serve immediately with the bread circle for dipping in the yolk.Toad optional!
