Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 50 ml Baileys  optional
  • Whipped topping for decoration
  • Maraschino cherry for decoration
  • 2 fresh rosemary twigs for decoration

Instructions

  1. Combine milk, heavy cream, cocoa powder, and sugar in a small saucepan. Whisk until the mixture is smooth.
  2. Heat the blend over medium heat, stirring continuously until it becomes warm and inviting.
  3. Remove the saucepan from heat and incorporate vanilla extract and Baileys (if preferred). Stir until well combined.

  4. Pour the hot cocoa into mugs and garnish with whipped cream, 2 sprigs of rosemary for the antlers, and 1 maraschino cherry for the nose.

  5. Serve promptly and savour the moment!
