Preheat oven to 400 F degrees.

In a large oven proof skillet, heat the 1 tbsp olive oil together with the 1 tbsp of sesame oil.

In a large bowl toss the chicken with the flour, salt and pepper. Make sure each piece of chicken is coated with the flour mixture.

Cook the chicken on each side until light and golden, about 2 to 3 min per side.

In a small bowl whisk all the sauce ingredients together.

Pour the sauce over the chicken in the skillet and sprinkle sesame seeds over and stir.

Place the skillet in the oven and cook for 20 minutes.

Serve warm over a bed of rice or with a side salad.
